About Us

Are you interested in playing tennis?

The UniSA Tennis Club is for beginners through to advanced tennis enthusiasts. You could be interested in representing UniSA in a University high grade competitions, regular competitions, play regular tennis or just have a hit.

We are always recruiting new players to take on Adelaide & Flinders Uni teams, playing in a local competition, as well as represent UniSA at the Australian University Games.

How to get involved:

Get your 2017 UniSA Sport Membership here and then click 'Join Now' in the top left corner of this page.
It will cost $10 to join as a student (and $20 for non-students) and this will get you access to trainings, equipment, coaching and provide a no extra cost if you wish to be involved in internal tournaments.

We will also be entering in winter competition teams in both singles and doubles. You can go in yourself and we will place you with other players or you can get together a team. You must let us know if you are interested before the 14th of March. Email or contact us for more information!

When and Where:

Mawson Lakes - Weekly sessions are on each Monday from 4.30-6.30pm at Mawson Lakes campus tennis courts. These times may change depending on daylight savings. If Monday is a public holiday, training will be on Tuesday.

City - Weekly City training sessions are on each Saturday from 9.30am-12.30pm at Adelaide High School.

Proposed activities:

  • Social events.
  • Coaching for beginners.
  • Regular social tennis & practice on Mondays (Mawson Lakes) and Saturdays (City).
  • Compete in internal tournaments
  • Representing UniSA Tennis in the Tennis SA Winter Pennant
  • Represent UniSA in Intervasity Games.
  • Represent UniSA in the University Games.
