Are you finding it hard to quiet your mind? For a limited time only, we have 3 x 20 minute online meditation classes for UniSA staff and students to join in from wherever you are! Designed for busy minds and busy lives, these sessions will help relax the entire nervous system, allowing one’s body to heal, repair, and restore itself.
Classes will run from1:00pm - 1:20pm on the following Wednesday: 9/10, 16/10 & 23/10
Please register your interest via the UniSA Sport website HERE and we will send you the virtual mediation room link the morning of the class.
