2024 Georgie Rowe Outstanding Achievement Award

The 2024 UniSA Sport Awards Night will be held on Thursday 28th November at The Sanctuary, Adelaide Zoo, and aims to recognise outstanding achievement among our UniSA students and community members in sport. The Georgie Rowe Outstanding Achievement Award is to recognise both the achievements and attributes displayed by Georgina Rowe when representing the University of South Australia, UniSA Sport, South Australia and Australia. It will be awarded to an individual who has demonstrated a positive contribution to sport and UniSA as a player, coach or volunteer. This may include being a regular member/player within a UniSA Sport club, representing the University at a UniSport Nationals Div 1 or Div 2 or Championship event, or contributing in a volunteer role whether as a coach, team manager or committee member to a club, representative team or UniSA Sport event/program from 1st November 2023 - 31st October 2024. The winner of the award will not be precluded from winning any other individual UniSA Sport Award in 2024. You must complete the below Nomination Form in order to nominate an individual or yourself.

Nominations will be assessed solely on the level of detail and information provided in the nomination submitted (the selectors are external to the university therefore require sufficient information about the nominee and their achievements to inform their decision making).

For example, Bachelor of Primary Education. If unsure, please write 'unknown'.

Photo can be an action or posed shot, preferably with the nominee wearing the team uniform from their highest level of representation. For example, if they represented South Australia or Australia, image should include the respective uniform. Note that high resolution images are preferred.
