Yoga Classes - Mawson Lakes Campus, Magill Campus & City East Campus

All UniSA students and staff are invited to attend a four-week yoga program at Magill, Mawson Lakes and City East Campus.

How much do the classes cost?

The cost is $10. The $10 includes a block of four 45-minute classes at your chosen campus. Please Note: If classes are cancelled due to COVID-19 restritcions, UniSA Sport will issue a full refund.

Who is eligible?

You must be a current UniSA student or staff member to be eligible to attend the yoga program. Existing UniSA Sport gym members (who are UniSA students/staff) are welcome to attend but will need to pay the $10 as the classes are run outside of the Pridham Hall group fitness timetable.

Can I attend just one class?

Your $10 includes all four classes, when making the booking you must be available to attend all four classes at your nominated campus. 

Can I attend classes at multiple campuses?

Yes, you can attend classes at multiple campuses but you must pay $10 per campus.

How do I book a block of 4 classes?

Step 1: Select your preferred campus
Select your preferred campus of classes and click "Add to Cart". Maximum of  10 people at Magill, 20 people at Mawson Lakes and 30 people at City East. If the time you select does not allow you to "Add to Cart" and says "No Stock" then that campus is no longer available.

Step 2: Check out your cart

Step 3: Make payment, complete your name and pre-exercise screen

Step 4: Finalise your booking


What do I need to know before attending the Yoga Classes?

- Please arrive atleast 10 minutes prior to the class starting and 'check in' with the Yoga instructor.
- Please bring a towel.
- Please bring your own mat if you wish. Mats will be provided if you do not have one.
- If you have any injuries please advise the instructor prior to the class starting
- Shoes may be taken off during the class.
