UniSA Badminton Club caters for players of all abilities, just come along and have fun!


About Us
Welcome to the UniSA Badminton Club, if you are interested in playing badminton feel free to come along! It doesn't matter whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced player. Just come have a hit and have fun!

If you don't have a racket, you can hire a racket ($2) at UniSA Sport's front counter and we will provide shuttlecocks for you. Just come along to a session and introduce yourself to one of the club officials! You only need some sports shoes and clothes, we're looking forward to meeting you!

UniSA Mawson Lakes campus (Building B - Sports Centre)
Monday: 5:00pm - 7:00pm
Tuesday: 5:00pm - 7:00pm

UniSA City West campus (Pridham Hall)
Friday: 6:00pm - 9:00pm
Saturday: 12:00pm - 3:00pm

Competitive Play
Student members can compete in intervarsity competitions such as the VC Cup, SA Challenge and the UniSport Nationals. The club also holds internal club tournaments annually. Additional fees will apply to compete in competitions which are announced when the events are available for registration.

Membership Fees
Prior to joining the club, you must be a UniSA Sport member. Membership for students is free and $25 annually for UniSA staff, alumni and community members.

Club fees:
$30 for UniSA students
$40 for UniSA staff, alumni and community members.
UniSA Badminton Club membership can be purchased on our website page under the "Join or Renew" tab.

There is an additional session fee at City West (Pridham Hall) campus due to the use of feather shuttles; Friday & Saturday: $6 for UniSA Badminton Club members, $9 for non-members

You can come and try a session of your choice before you decide to become a member, but you will have to sign up for both UniSA Sport and UniSA Badminton Club if you want to continue playing with us.
