All group fitness classes are included in the Gold Membership, while the Bronze Membership only includes aquarobics - or you can pay casually.

AQUA Aerobics
Aerobics in the water. Work at your own intensity & pace with or without resistance. A low impact workout; great for all levels and ages. 

CORE30
 
A 30-minute core conditioning class to strengthen and tone your midsection. Low impact, low cardio to enhance core strength, support and strengthen back muscles.
                                                
 A short but intense 30min core workout; Strengthening your core with resistance tubes, weight plates and bodyweight exercises. Increase the strength of your core while toning abs, butt and legs and improve posture by engaging back muscles.  All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness.”
 
HIIT:
“High-Intensity Interval Training”. Combination of strength and cardio exercises designed to engage your entire body. A short workout which burns more calories in less time

Body PumpA barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned & fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. You’ll leave the class feeling challenged & motivated, ready to come back for more. This full-body barbell workout will burn calories, shape & tone your entire body, increase core strength & improve bone health.

BOXING
A high calorie burning interactive class that teaches the techniques of boxing to improve your cardiovascular fitness with the addition of bodyweight exercises to build strength in a full body workout. Instructors tailor classes to suit all levels of fitness and experience.

PILATES
Matwork Pilates classes are conducted on the mat, utilising your own body weight & small apparatus for resistance. Matwork Pilates has benefits including long, lean overall muscle tone, improved flexibility & postural correction, gain strength from your core including pelvic floor focus; stand taller, sit straighter & move with better balance, coordination & body awareness.

YOGA
Classes will be based on a combination of Vinyasa Flow, Hatha  & Yin style yoga. Nurturing classes for all levels of experience designed to align body & mind. Teachers will guide you to move with your breath, helping you to strengthen & stretch muscles, mobilise & stabilise joints, improve balance & quieten the mind.
