UniSA's lacrosse team have won the inaugural UniSport Nationals lacrosse event at last week's Div 2 Nationals held on the Gold Coast!
The blue and green machine went through the tournament undefeated, overcoming La Trobe, ACU, Melbourne and Victoria Universities in the round robin, La Trobe again in the semi finals, before running away 19-9 winners over Melbourne Uni in the final.
We are proud to have won gold for our university, and thanks go out to UniSA Sport and our fellow Team UniSA members who supported us in the tournament!
We now look forward to defending our title in Perth in 2020! However, with four of our team graduating this year, we will require new blood!!
